Refund Policy
Once your order is confirmed with Kind Refresh, we generally do not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and in certain situations, we are willing to collaborate on a fair and amicable solution.

Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date by sending an email to info@kindrefresh.in. In the email, include your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.

In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product and work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution. You can expect a response to your email within 48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.

Missing Product
If you discover a missing product in your order, please inform us within 2 days from the delivery date via email to info@kindrefresh.in. In the email, include your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box with all items received.

While we may be unable to accept a refund request for missing items, we will be more than happy to promptly re-send the missing product to you. You can expect a response to your email within 48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.

Spoiled Product
In case you receive a spoiled product, kindly notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@kindrefresh.in. Include your order number, the date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product in your email.

Please note that we cannot accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are entirely natural, resulting in unique characteristics. We make no compromises in our natural production process and use the best natural ingredients to retain maximum nutritional value.

We will investigate the spoilage issue thoroughly and, upon verification, replace the product to ensure your satisfaction. Expect a response to your email within 48 hours, and we will work towards a fair outcome.
